What does a Support Coordinator Do?
A Support Coordinator is someone who can help make your NDIS plan happen. Your Support Coordinator is the person you can contact to ask questions about your plan.
Your Support Coordinator will contact you to talk about:
Your NDIS plan
How to get the supports you need
How to join your local community
How to join your How to work
local community towards your
goals
How to use the participation website (portal)
During your plan, your Support Coordinator will also:
Check that you are happy with your plan
Help you to make goals for your next plan. Your goals are what you need to live the life you want.
